Based at Harvey Norman's Corporate Office and reporting to the Test Manager, you will play a key role in validating planned system upgrades to ensure their effectiveness prior to deployment.

Responsibilities - Assist in test planning, create test cases and perform testing.

- Report on progress of testing.
- Assist in test environment setup and maintenance.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base to support training and cross-skilling initiatives.
- Analyse and address production defects and issues.
- Provide end user support as required. About you Previous experience working within a Harvey Norman, Domayne, or Joyce Mayne franchise is preferred for this role.



Retail background ensures you have a strong process knowledge in areas such as cash and invoice sales, receipting, stocktaking, and purchase ordering. You should also have a keen interest in IT and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
