We’re extremely careful about who we bring on to maintain our awesome team culture. So here’s what we’d like to see from you:

- Love to plumb and take pride in your work

- Manual driver’s license (MR or above will also be looked upon favorably)

- Min. Cert III in Plumbing Trade Certificate

- Construction white card

- Willingness to learn new skills and how we tackle our operations

- Will take care of the machines / vehicles like they’re your own

- Valid excavator operator tickets any other relevant tickets/qualifications are desirable

- Excellent customer service & communication skills

- Desire to grow professionally in the business and take on more responsibility

- Be a team player. Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking…. (Everyone on our team takes ownership of their actions… the good, the bad and the ugly!)

- You’re able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs, and take initiative

- Positive attitude, great work ethic, strong handshake & all-round outstanding bloke!
