Blackstone Traffic, a division of Blackstone Services Pty Ltd, is seeking experienced, safety-focused Traffic
Controllers to join our growing team based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
As a registered provider under the Main Roads WA Traffic Management Registration Scheme, we deliver qualified traffic management services across the Goldfields and surrounding regions, supporting mining, civil construction, local government and infrastructure projects. About the Role
This is initially a casual position with strong opportunities for ongoing, full-time employment as our operations continue to expand.
You'll work alongside an experienced team delivering traffic management solutions across a variety of projects, with a mix of local and remote work available.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Stop/Slow traffic control duties safely and professionally.
- Set up, maintain and remove traffic management equipment.
- Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
- Conduct vehicle and equipment pre-start inspections.
- Complete required traffic management documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients and fellow crew members.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
- Represent Blackstone Traffic professionally on every worksite.
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Traffic Controller in Western Australia.
- Current WA Traffic Controller (TC) accreditation.
- Current Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) accreditation.
- White Card (Construction Induction).
- Current unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence.
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and laboratory urine drug and alcohol screening.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
This position is ideally suited to applicants who already live in Kalgoorlie-Boulder or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
