Looking to start a rewarding career in automotive sales? We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training, support, and mentoring you need to build a successful career representing Australia's most trusted automotive brand, Toyota.

Work hours that fit your lifestyle

- Monday - Saturday, with late night trading on Wednesday
- Choose the roster that works best for you:
- 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri) and 8:00am - 7:00pm Wednesday
- 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri) and 9:00am - 8:00pm Wednesday

- Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm for the whole team
- 2 rostered days off per month

About the Role

As a Trainee New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the vehicle sales process while delivering exceptional customer service. Working alongside experienced mentors,



you'll develop the skills and confidence to guide customers through purchasing their recent Toyota and build long-term relationships.

During your training, you'll learn how to:

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation
- Follow up customer enquiries
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets with the support of your team

What you'll bring:

- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good computer skills
- Current manual driver's licence (or willingness to obtain one)
