Based in Arndell Park, we are looking for a Transport Allocator with experience to join our team. This is a full time (in office) permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

- Pre-plan transport routes and schedules to meet client requirements
- Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries across FCL, LCL, and Airfreight
- Supervise and support all daily transport activities
- Update client contacts and delivery information
- Resolve delivery issues and delays
- Oversee DAWR (AQIS) and BMSB processes, including fumigation compliance




- Validate transport invoices and carrier charges before payment
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage service schedules for 3 company vehicles

Your Experience and Skills

- Minimum 1 year experience in international freight forwarding and/or transport allocation
- Familiarity with port logistics, container transport, and AQIS/DAWR requirements
- Experience in using EDI/CargoWise (Port Transport Module)
- Self motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
