Role Description The Travel Agency 2IC (Entrepreneurial Travel Stylist) is a full-time remote role supporting the leadership of Travel Your Style in managing day-to-day agency operations and client service delivery. This role involves designing bespoke itineraries, coordinating flights, accommodation, tours, and transfers, and liaising with global suppliers to curate premium travel experiences. The 2IC will handle complex travel requests, oversee booking administration, and ensure accurate documentation, payments, and refunds.

Daily work includes responding to client inquiries, providing concierge-style support, managing guided tour arrangements,



and resolving issues promptly to maintain a seamless travel experience. The role also contributes to business development through proactive sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and supporting initiatives that grow and improve the agency’s services.

Qualifications

Experience in a Travel Agency environment, including end-to-end trip planning and booking management.

Skills in organizing Guided Tours and coordinating with local operators and destination specialists.

Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on personalized, high-touch client care and problem solving.

Proven Sales capability in travel or related industries, including converting inquiries into bookings and upselling experiences.

Knowledge of Business Travel requirements, including corporate itineraries, policies, and traveler support.

Proficiency with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, and basic CRM tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and robust organizational abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Background in tourism, hospitality, or a related field; relevant certifications or industry training are an advantage.

Willingness to occasionally provide support outside standard business hours to accommodate client travel needs.
