Twilio Segment CDP Lead / Architect – Sydney / Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Twilio Segment CDP Lead / Architect to support a large enterprise implementation.

You will lead the design and delivery of customer data solutions across Twilio Segment, AWS and downstream marketing and decisioning platforms, with a focus on data ingestion, identity resolution, governance and real-time activation.

You will need solid experience in:

Twilio Segment or a similar CDP platform

Segment workspaces, sources, destinations, Unify, Protocols and Functions

Customer identity resolution and unified profiles

AWS, including S3, Redshift, Glue and Lambda

APIs, Kafka and event-driven integration

ETL, ELT and Reverse ETL

Data governance, privacy and PII controls

CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code

Experience in financial services, telecommunications or another regulated environment would be highly regarded.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone comfortable working across complex enterprise environments and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
