MCP Oz Pty Ltd is a Western Australian based mining & civil contractor, that provides projects, paste & construction services to the Australian mining industry.

Due to our expanding client requirements, we require a Project Crew operator with experience operating an Underground Normet Agitator for an immediate start.

We encourage experienced operators to apply, as we will provide training and development regarding the project work.

Successful candidates will be offered full-time positions at above market rates.

Casual Positions are also available.

Duties Include and are not limited to:

- Service Crew Operations
- Conduct daily pre-start checks on all vehicles and mobile plant.
- Install, maintain and repair all underground services air/water/pump lines, ventilation bags, firing line, comms cables, cable bolts, submersible pumps, & trailing cables.
- Installation of paste walls and paste reticulation.
- Projects, including escapeways, vent doors, DBR walls, rising mains, primary fans, deluge, underground concreting and a wide range of other tasks.
- Being able to work independently, as well as a part of the team.
- Concrete Activities
- Operation of Equipment, LF600/LF700 Normet Agitator Trucks, Integrated Tool Carriers, Stores Trucks.

The successful applicant will have some or all of the following:

- Prior Service Crew or Projects experience with previous verifications of competency.




- Verification of Competency in the secure operation of LF600 or LF700 Agitator Trucks.
- Have previous experience working in an underground mine as part of a projects, service crew, paste crew or projects team.
- For the right applicants no Underground Experience will be necessary (Trades Certificates Applicable)
- Demonstrable and successful experience / capability in a similar role
- A solid understanding and commitment to Health & Safety
- Have recognized prior learning & experience in operating an Underground Light Vehicle & Integrated Tool Carrier, preferable to also have experience using Rock Drills and Air Leg Machines.
- Have a valid manual driver's license
- Must Hold a White Card Safety Induction
- High Risk Work License for (Scaffolding, Rigging, Dogging, CN Crane is highly desired)
- Valid Working at Heights Certification (Within 2 Years)
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; screen
- Provide a National Police clearance less than 6 Months

Roles are based in Western Australia - interstate candidates can apply; however, travel expenses are excluded. We are offering either a 14/7 or 8/6 roster.
