Job Description

Are you an Occupational Therapist who thrives in a flexible, community-based role?

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and agile Occupational Therapist to join our South Perth team- you will thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and be passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives.

Your Role:

As an OT in our team, you’ll make a meaningful difference through:





Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interestConducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functionsDeveloping individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventionsProviding environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settingsRecommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independenceStaying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelinesWorking collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational TherapistStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsA proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and growA genuine passion for working in the disability and community sectorThe ability to work both independently and collaborativelyAn interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
