Found in 1998 in the heart of Sydney, Australia, MindChamps International Preschool & Early Learning ("MindChamps") is a pathbreaking Preschool and early childhood education with 86 centres operating globally in Singapore, Australia, Philippines, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and Maldives.

MindChamps Early Learning Hammond Park is seeking dedicated and passionate Diploma and Certificate 3 qualified Educators to join our team on a full-time/part-time basis - an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic early learning environment. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in fostering the development and wellbeing of young children, creating engaging learning experiences and building strong relationships with families. Your contributions will directly impact children's growth, development and love of learning during their crucial early years of development. This position is based on-site at our centre, where you will work collaboratively with our supportive team to deliver quality early childhood education and care.

As our Early Childhood educators, your core responsibilities will be to:

1. Plan, supervise and deliver educational activities and lessons that promote cognitive, physical, social and emotional development across all age groups, in line with centre policies which align with the Australian regulatory framework

2. Create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity

3. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and tailoring activities to their individual needs

4. Build positive relationships with children and families, maintaining open communication about each child's learning journey

5. Collaborate with other educators and staff members to ensure consistent care and educational practices throughout the centre

6. Maintain a clean, hygienic and well-organised learning space, adhering to health and safety regulations

7. Support children's social and emotional development, helping them build confidence and independence

8. Participate in staff meetings, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

9. Respond to individual needs and interests of children,



adapting the learning environment accordingly

10. Maintain detailed records and contribute to centre documentation and reporting requirements

What we're looking for

1. A recognised qualification in early childhood education, including either a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent

2. A current Working With Children Check (WWCC - employment)

3. A current First Aid and CPR in early years setting certification

4. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

6. Strong organisational and time management abilities

7. A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all children

8. Knowledge of current early years learning frameworks and best practice approaches to education

9. The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, team-oriented and passionate team

10. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional standards and adhering to duty of care responsibilities in compliance with the National Quality Framework

11. Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector is required

12. Australian work rights are required
