Precision Polished Concrete is a well-established Perth-based company specialising in premium concrete grinding, polishing, sealing and decorative concrete finishes. We deliver high-quality workmanship across commercial, industrial and high-end residential projects throughout Perth.
We are currently looking for an experienced Concrete Grinder / Polisher to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a professional and supportive team.
You will work across a wide variety of projects using modern concrete grinding and polishing equipment, products and techniques.
Experience with epoxy flooring systems would be highly regarded but is not essential.
For the right person, this position offers genuine opportunities for career progression, including advancement into a Crew Leader role as Precision Polished Concrete continues to grow.

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in concrete grinding, polishing and sealing
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
- Currently residing in the Perth metropolitan area
