We are expanding our Project Management capability within our Bridges, Aviation and Roads (BAR) team in Perth, Western Australia and welcome interest from Project Managers with Main Roads experience.

The opportunity

As part of a energetic team, you will lead the delivery of transport and civil projects, provide support to our project teams, and contribute to building WSP’s capability and reputation across Western Australia.

In This Role, You Will

Contribute to or lead the successful delivery of transport and infrastructure projectsSupport project planning, scope development, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and quality assuranceWork collaboratively with designers, engineers, clients, contractors and stakeholdersAssist with technical reviews, project documentation and report preparationChampion project governance, safety, sustainability and delivery best‑practiceEngage with clients to understand needs and develop value‑driven solutionsContribute to proposals, bids or pursuitsBuild capability—your own and others through mentoring (for senior applicants)Work closely with multidisciplinary teams locally and nationally

About You





Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related fieldProfessional project management experience, ideally with PMP certification.At least 10 years of experience managing multidisciplinary road and bridge projects through design development and/or construction stages.Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, estimating, and cost management.Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
