Who are these people you may ask? then I fear this isn't the role for you.

We’re looking for a confident, creative and naturally entertaining Content Creator to become one of the faces behind Country Mile. Someone who is already actively posting on Tiktok

This isn’t a traditional marketing role. You’ll basically be getting paid to create TikToks that makes people laugh, keeps them watching and helps our audience connect with the personality behind Country Mile.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Conceptualising, filming and editing engaging TikToks

- Appearing on camera and confidently bringing ideas to life

- Creating fun, relatable and entertaining content around rural life, fashion, work and the everyday chaos behind Country Mile

- Staying across current trends, sounds and formats, then adapting them to suit the Country Mile brand

- Developing original content ideas rather than relying solely on existing trends

- Creating recurring video concepts and series that our audience will recognise and look forward to

- Filming behind-the-scenes content at our warehouse, photoshoots, events and product launches

- Helping showcase new and existing products in a natural,



entertaining way that doesn’t feel like a traditional ad

- Writing hooks, captions and straightforward scripts that capture attention quickly

- Editing short-form videos with strong pacing, text, audio and transitions

- Planning and batching content to ensure we’re posting consistently (working up to 3 times day)

- Reviewing content performance and using those insights to create stronger videos

- Engaging with our online community through comments, replies and video responses

- Working closely with the Country Mile team to bring campaign, launch and content ideas to life

You don’t need a marketing degree or years of professional experience. We care more about personality, creativity and whether you genuinely understand what makes good social content. You should already enjoy creating content, be comfortable on camera and have examples that show us what you can do.

You’ll be working closely alongside the founder of Country Mile, so it’s important that both personalities and creative styles click. The hiring process will focus heavily on finding someone whose energy, humour and overall vibe naturally align with both Meg and Country Mile.
