We are seeking a commercially astute accounting professional who is excited by the opportunity to build and scale a modern accounting practice. Prior experience leading a firm is highly regarded but not essential. What matters most is capability, drive, and the confidence to build a high-performance division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the launch and growth strategy for the Accounting & Tax division.

- Recruit and lead accountants, bookkeepers, and support staff.

- Build scalable systems, compliance frameworks, and service models.

- Establish brand positioning across individual, SME,



and growth clients.

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance.

- Ensure compliance with ATO, ASIC (if applicable), and professional standards.

About You

- Strong experience in accounting and tax (public practice preferred).

- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial outlook.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation ability.

- Proven leadership capability and team-building skills.

- CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent).
