CBRE manages this retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors, and we're looking for a Centre Manager to lead commercial performance across a multi-site portfolio in Perth's north. Based in the CBD, you'll own the full P&L;, drive leasing outcomes, manage retailer and owner relationships, and work alongside a Retail Manager and Facilities Manager who each take accountability for their respective disciplines.

Perfect for an experienced Centre Manager who wants a high-ownership role with a premium client and a robust supporting team.

In This Role, You Will

Own centre strategy, budget and financial performance, including income targets, operating costs and capital works planningLead leasing activity across the portfolio, including negotiations, renewals and vacancy managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with IFM Investors, reporting regularly on portfolio performance and strategic prioritiesManage and develop your Retail Manager, and work closely with the Facilities Manager on operational outcomesEngage with retailers, local councils,



community groups and key stakeholders as the primary point of contact for the portfolio

About You

You're an experienced retail property professional with a track record of delivering strong commercial results in a multi-site environment. You're comfortable with full P&L; accountability, confident in front of institutional clients, and a natural at leading a team.

Proven experience as a Centre Manager or equivalent in retail propertyStrong leasing and financial management skills, with experience managing budgets and owner reportingExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to institutional clientsDemonstrated experience leading or developing team membersA WA Real Estate licence, or willingness to obtain one
