- C Artist, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including skill certifications, to support your growth, artistry, and success in the role

Qualifications

Role Requirements:

- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service
- Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in retail events and theme days




- Maintain 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming standards.
- Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
- Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
- Flexible availability including late nights and weekends
- Ability to travel to other locations when required
- Impeccably groomed
