Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage phone inquiries and appointment bookings.
- Assist with spa operations, including set-up of treatments areas, food/drink/platter preparation, cleaning and restocking
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area
- Handling daily operating duty

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Robust organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and have availability of minimum 4 days each week.
- Well-presented appearance that aligns with the spa's luxurious atmosphere.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
- Passion for contributing to a relaxing and rejuvenating environment.

Flexible availability on weekdays and weekends.

Receptionist and front desk experience required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
