Aspira is a growing Perth-based family owned cleaning business stepping into larger commercial and council contracts. We’re building steady, well-run operations and we’re looking for a Working Supervisor who wants more than just shifts.
This role is for someone who knows the industry, leads well, and wants a clear pathway forward as the business grows.
Right now, this is a hands-on cleaning and supervisor role. Over time, there is a clear transition into an Operations Manager position for the right person.
The Role
This is a dual role that combines:
- Being hands-on, this role will include ad hoc cleans as required (currently there is 1x hour in Myaree done on a weekly basis in the morning)
- Staff training on new cleaning sites
- Staff communications and site checks (currently have 10 staff)
- Chemical and material ordering, picking up and delivering when required
- Business development and attending networking events to represent the organisation
- Being trained to meet new clients, quoting and scheduling
- Working closely with the Director
Why Aspira
Aspira is growing carefully and intentionally.
We focus on:
- Long-term commercial cleaning contracts
- Explicit systems and expectations
- Reliable rosters and consistent work
- Treating people with respect and trust
You’ll work closely with leadership, have a real voice in how things run, and be supported to grow into a more senior role rather than staying stuck on the tools forever.
About You
You’ll suit this role if you:
- Have experience as a supervisor or team leader (preferred)
- Are comfortable being hands-on when required
- Are reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
- Are flexibly available during the week
- Take pride in leading people and running jobs properly
- Want part time stability now and growth long-term
Required:
- Have previous experience as a cleaner
- Own a car and hold a WA drivers licence (we have clients from Two Rocks to Anketell)
- Comfortable speaking with prospects, clients and leading staff
This is not just a cleaner role with a title.
It’s for someone ready to step into more responsibility.
