Scotia Inspection Services, a division of Exodrill Pty Ltd, is seeking motivated and reliable Lifting Equipment Inspectors and NDT Technicians to join our growing Western Australian team.
As a long-established, NATA accredited inspection provider, we deliver lifting equipment inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), pressure equipment inspections and specialist asset integrity services across the mining, oil & gas, energy and industrial sectors.
No two weeks are the same. Our team works across a diverse range of inspection disciplines, providing excellent variety, ongoing learning opportunities and exposure to a wide range of industries throughout Western Australia.

Your Responsibilities:
- Inspect and certify lifting equipment, lifting gear and height safety equipment in accordance with Australian Standards and relevant industry requirements.
Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including Eddy Current Testing (ET), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), where qualified.
- Prepare accurate, professional inspection reports using our digital reporting systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across our inspection and NDT services.
- Travel to client sites throughout Western Australia, including metro, regional and FIFO locations where required.
About You
You're reliable,
motivated and take pride in delivering quality work while representing the company professionally.
Essential:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Highly Regarded:
- LEEA Lifting Equipment Inspector certification.
- PCN or AINDT certification in one or more of the following:
- Eddy Current Testing (Essential)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (Essential)
- Penetrant Testing (Desirable)
- Ultrasonic Testing (Desirable)
- Previous experience within the mining, oil & gas or industrial inspection sectors.
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and High Risk Work Licences.
