Our client in Sydney’s CBD is seeking an experienced IAM Cloud & System Engineer to join the Identity Services team on an initial 3 month contract, with a view to permanent. The role will see you support the operation, enhancement, and delivery of their Identity and Access Management platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and automated identity lifecycle management across the organisation, while also playing a key role in analysing identity data, improving data quality, supporting governance activities, and driving continuous improvement across the IAM ecosystem.

Some of your duties will include:

- Support, administer, and enhance their IAM platforms, including Okta, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Configure and support SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and application integrations.
- Design, build, and maintain identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle automation workflows.
- Onboard and integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms using industry-standard authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP.

You will bring to the role:

- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.




- Strong hands-on experience in either administering Okta in an enterprise environment OR experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
- Experience implementing and supporting SSO, MFA, and federation technologies using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across authentication, identity synchronisation, and application integrations.
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate administrative tasks.
