Adecco is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment delivery across a major infrastructure project in Perth.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a proven track record delivering high-volume blue-collar recruitment outcomes. Working closely with operational leaders and hiring managers, you will play a key role in supporting workforce growth and ensuring recruitment targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work onsite with the project team, supporting the ramp-up of approximately 50 blue-collar vacancies and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through to onboarding
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for blue-collar and operational roles
- Supporting the ongoing recruitment ramp-up across approximately 50 active vacancies
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment support and advice
- Partnering with Adecco and Tier 2 suppliers to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring recruitment activity remains on track
- Supporting onboarding, compliance, and pre-employment requirements




- Providing recruitment administration and general HR support as required
- Assisting with employee relations matters through coaching, guidance, and issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Management role
- Strong experience recruiting blue-collar, construction, mining, rail, manufacturing, or industrial workforces
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Experience working closely with operational leaders and hiring managers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment logistics in a fast-paced setting
- Sound knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and general HR processes
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
