As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our practice. You will enjoy a wide-ranging role across both the clinic and front desk, including:
- Assisting our dentists and clinical team during patient appointments
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards
- Sterilisation and maintaining clinical compliance
- Welcoming and supporting patients with a warm and professional approach
- Managing patient appointments and recalls
- Answering phone enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Supporting the team with day-to-day practice operations
