With a reputation for operational excellence and innovation, they offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced investment operations professional to take the next step in their career.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Investment Operations Supervisor into a key leadership role within their operations function. This position is ideally suited to a proven investment operations professional with strong Equities and Fixed Income experience and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

The Role

You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operational activities across a broad investment portfolio, ensuring processes are executed accurately and efficiently. Alongside this, you will take ownership of team leadership, workflow oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversight of trade life cycle processes, including trade matching and settlements




- Supervising reconciliations and daily operational controls
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of operations professionals
- Reviewing and approving key activities, managing escalations and reducing operational risk
- Driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across investment, risk and finance teams

About You

To be successful, you will bring a strong technical grounding in investment operations, coupled with leadership capability:

- Demonstrated experience across Equities and Fixed Income investment operations
- Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle, with particular expertise in trade matching, trade settlements and reconciliations
- Proven leadership experience managing, coaching and developing high-performing operations teams
- High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
