carsales is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, guiding them from contract signing to successful adoption of our SaaS platform. You’ll provide product training, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure clients are confident and active users before transitioning to Customer Success.
You’ll also onboard existing customers to recent products, delivering targeted training and re-engagement programs to maximise value and adoption across
