Country Road Group is seeking a Loyalty Specialist - CLV Growth to drive CRM and lifecycle marketing across our brands. You will plan, build and execute personalised journeys via email, SMS, and paid social, using Klaviyo and Bloomreach to engage customers throughout their lifecycle.

You will combine data, technology and insights to optimise campaigns, measure impact, and contribute to profitable growth with hands-on execution and analytical thinking.
