We're on the hunt for an Account Manager who is a genuine all-rounder — someone who gets a thrill from landing a great piece of coverage just as much as they do from spotting the right creator for a campaign or building a content strategy that actually supports the bigger picture.

You might already be an Account Manager, or you're a Senior Account Executive ready to step up. Either way, you're someone who can run a client relationship end to end — from strategy through to execution — without needing everything spelled out for you.

You’ll work closely with our PR, social and content teams (and the clients who trust us), managing campaigns that span media relations, influencer partnerships, social and content creation. You love that these things aren't separate disciplines anymore; you live for the overlap.

About you:

- You genuinely love PR and socials and content - not just one, tolerating the others
- You're organised, proactive and don't wait to be told what's next
- You build real relationships with media, with creators, with clients
- You bring ideas to the table, not just execution




- You can hold your own in a client meeting and know when to ask for a pause to reboot

Must-haves:

- 3+ years' experience in a PR, communications or social/influencer agency (or equivalent in-house role)
- Solid understanding of how PR, social and influencer marketing work together
- Strong writing skills: you can turn your hand to a press release, a caption or a client report
- Existing media and/or creator relationships
- A genuine interest in marketing communications as a whole, not just one lane of it

Key responsibilities:

- Day-to-day management of client accounts across PR, social and influencer - or working in a part of a consolidated team, where your part in it, is critical!
- Developing and executing integrated communications strategies
- Building and maintaining media and influencer relationships
- Overseeing content and an approach that supports broader campaign goals
- Reporting, and keeping projects on track
