About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the sales team and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand’s quality and care. From handling enquiries and preparing quotes to coordinating orders and providing product advice, you’ll help create seamless experiences that build lasting relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in making every detail count.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and warmth
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, showroom stock, and industry trends
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and smooth workflows
- Assist with reporting, customer records, and other admin duties to support business efficiency

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, or similar roles




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy connecting with people
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP experience is a plus
- A professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest or experience in the stone, construction, or design industry (preferred)
