- Assisting in maintaining financial accounts and administrative systems to ensure internal and legislative compliance
- Accounts payable processing
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Processing payroll, ensuring compliance with legislative instruments including STP filing and superannuation obligations
- Providing support and guidance to new and existing staff
- General administration duties, including a willingness to embrace job diversity within the role to help the company operate efficiently
- Occasionally working additional hours to assist during periods of staff leave, with the potential for the role to transition into a full-time position in the future
- Microsoft Office skills
- A working knowledge of Capital Business Manager would be advantageous, but not essential
