Day to day responsibilities
- Lead Media Planning: Originate and own channel and communications plans across all media, ensuring alignment with core media ideas and strategic direction.
- Client Leadership: Act as the main client contact throughout the planning process, fostering strong, influential relationships.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Strategy and Investment teams to deliver insightful, innovative, and executable media strategies within budget.
- Innovative Thinking: Identify and lead the implementation of creative media initiatives that stem from strategic media direction.
- Integrated Planning: Ensure full integration across digital and traditional channels, maintaining adherence to planning frameworks and best practices.
- Stakeholder & Process Management : Manage workflows and collaboration with clients, media owners, and agency partners to ensure effective delivery.
About you
- You bring strong, demonstrated media experience and can confidently lead strategic and creative communications planning.
- You're comfortable acting as the main client contact,
clearly articulating goals and managing the full planning process.
- You take initiative, managing planning and admin processes independently and with precision.
- You actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams and SBUs, always with the agency’s best interests in mind.
- You form strong connections with clients, media owners, and teammates, bringing positivity, clarity, and a solutions-first attitude.
- You’re thorough, punctual, uphold high standards, and embody the PHD values of Courage, Collaboration, and Curiosity.
