An exciting chance to be one of the first employees at the Jar HQ at the super-site in Maidstone (Padel and Pickleball)

The is as follows:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all members, Jar customers and corporate clients. This includes greeting customers at the front desk and throughout the venue, as well as responding to inbound inquiries via telephone and online.
- Responsible for front of house membership sales and casual use sales while on shift.
- Process casual padel and pickleball bookings, equipment rental, merchandise sales and POS management while on shift.
- Ensure the smooth operation of court usage is maintained during shift. This includes managing start and end times of all court bookings, as well as special events.
- Assist the setup, running and packdown of special events such as corporate events, birthdays, media events etc.
- Represent the Jar brand in a positive manner at all times.
- Basic member database management.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures of the Jar venue on a daily basis.




- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facilities to a high standard
- Maintain a high level of padel and pickleball knowledge (such as rules, equipment comparison etc) at all times.
- Liaise with key stakeholders when directed by management

The role details include
- Casual employment (weekend work required)
- 6:00am to Midnight everyday (flexible shifts)
- Must be great with people, proactive in your attitude towards work and enjoy having a good time
- View to full-time employment

Job Type: Casual Pay: $30.35 per hour
