Indigo Shire Council

Beechworth

About Indigo Shire Council Indigo Shire Council is located in picturesque North East Victoria, amidst Australia's most significant collection of historic towns, with offices in Beechworth, Yackandandah, Rutherglen and Chiltern. We have a wonderful team of volunteers who work alongside staff, businesses, the community and tourists around all our locations. What is an Expression of Interest (EOI)?

The Expression of Interest enables you to inform our Indigo Shire Council Volunteer Coordinators that you are interested in being considered for a Volunteer position. It does not mean that there is an available Volunteer position that we are currently trying to fill but allows us to build a pool of interested people who we can reach out to when an opportunity arises. Consequently, you may be contacted immediately regarding a volunteer opportunity or it may be sometime before we get in touch.

Either way, the best way to register your interest is by applying online here. Need help completing your Expression of Interest Application? For people who have limited access to technology or need assistance completing forms online, please get in touch with one of our Volunteer Coordinators and ask for assistance, they'll be happy to help.
