Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving practice while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in a beautiful coastal location.

This position offers flexible work hours, a supportive team with well-trained nursing staff, and the opportunity to provide both in-clinic and telehealth services.

What We Offer:

- 75% of billings
- $180 per hour first 3 months guaranteed
- Flexible work hours, according to the needs of the Practitioner

- Current FTE Doctors are billing : $600k + excluding BBPIP

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and making referrals to specialists as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Foster strong patient-doctor relationships through compassionate and empathetic care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing professional development
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
- Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship to be eligible for this position
