As our Australian business continues to expand, we're looking for a proactive and driven Warehouse Assistant to join our Perth team and play a key role in building and optimising our warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient, protected, and accurate inventory management
- Optimising warehouse processes, layouts, and inventory flow to improve productivity and stock turnover
- Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and coordinating with freight providers
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and leading regular stocktakes and reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving operational discrepancies and inventory issues
- Preparing warehouse performance reports and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and After-Sales teams to support business growth and customer needs




- Contributing to the ongoing development and expansion of SANY Australia's warehouse network

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills are essential to support effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
