As our Australian business continues to expand, we're looking for a proactive and driven Warehouse Assistant to join our Perth team and play a key role in building and optimising our warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate inventory management

Optimising warehouse processes, layouts, and inventory flow to improve productivity and stock turnover

Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and coordinating with freight providers

Monitoring inventory accuracy and leading regular stocktakes and reconciliations

Investigating and resolving operational discrepancies and inventory issues

Preparing warehouse performance reports and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions

Collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and After-Sales teams to support business growth and customer needs





Contributing to the ongoing development and expansion of SANY Australia's warehouse network You'll bring:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse management.

Robust understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes.

Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.

Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
