We are a growing meat processing and distribution company seeking a reliable and capable Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and able to take ownership of daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and cold storage operations

- Receive, check, organise and monitor stock movement
- Prepare, pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards
- Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
- Coordinate with drivers, production staff and management team
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

✅ Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is preferred, as the role involves working with both local and Chinese-speaking team members ✅ Valid Forklift Licence with practical operating experience





✅ Previous warehouse and inventory management experience required

✅ Cold storage / freezer warehouse experience preferred

✅ Responsible, organised and physically fit

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

✅ Able to work independently and take ownership of warehouse operations

✅ Reliable, punctual and committed to long-term employment
