Step In Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Dispatch Clerk to join a well-

established FMCG warehouse in Smithfield.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys keeping dispatch operations running efficiently. If you are organised,

confident and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Dispatch Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating daily dispatch activities, ensuring orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on time while working closely with warehouse staff, transport providers and supervisors to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

What We are Looking For

✔ Previous experience as a Warehouse Dispatch Clerk or in a similar dispatch role.

✔ Essential: Experience within an FMCG or food warehouse environment.

✔ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse.

✔ Strong communication and organisational skills.





✔ Confident working with warehouse staff, drivers and supervisors.

✔ Hands-on, proactive and able to solve problems in a busy environment.

✔ Reliable with a strong work ethic.

What's on Offer

✅ $35.00 per hour (Casual Rate).

✅ Full-time hours – Monday to Friday.

✅ Rostered start times between 5:00am and 8:00am, determined by operational requirements.
