We have Day Shifts and Afternoon Shifts - Temp to Perm position is your chance to show off your welding skills and get your foot in the door with a top-tier company. One great welding job could turn into your permanent gig-if you’re up for the challenge!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Crafting solid and reliable ladders (and other cool metal stuff!) with your welding magic
- Using MIG welding techniques to make sure every weld is as strong as your work ethic
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings like a true welding pro
- Maintaining a secure and tidy workspace (because safety is key, folks!)
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in welding—ladder welding is a bonus,
but we’ll train you if you have the right skills!
- A solid understanding of welding methods
- A keen eye for detail and quality work
- A love for working hard and a great attitude
- Health and safety awareness (safety first, always!)
