Flexibility to choose your preferred workdays, with the option to spread your hours across 3 to 5 days per week

$70,559 - $76,612 per annum pro rata + Super Based at our Yallourn Campus, with occasional travel to other TAFE Gippsland campuses (pool car is available when travel is required)

Join our Wellbeing, Health and Safety team and play an important role in supporting the delivery of TAFE Gippsland’s wellbeing, health and safety strategy. As the WHS Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and systems support to help ensure our WHS programs and initiatives run smoothly across the organisation. In this varied role, you will: Coordinate WHS-related training and maintain accurate training records

Support incident, hazard and contractor management processes through DoneSafe

Maintain WHS documentation, records and compliance information

Assist with the preparation of reports, communications and WHS resources

Support first aid, emergency management and wellbeing initiatives

Assist with injury management activities and payroll-related WHS updates

Contribute to the continuous improvement of WHS systems and processes across multiple campuses Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to creating a safe, healthy and positive workplace for staff and students. About you

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus and enjoy building positive relationships with a wide range of people. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment





Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare accurate documentation and communicate professionally with staff and stakeholders The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
