About the role

We are seeking a Window Furnishings Manufacturing Team Member to join our production team. This is a full time position that plays a vital role in our manufacturing operations, contributing directly to the production of our window furnishings range. In this role, you will be part of an assembly and process focused team, working in a fast paced manufacturing environment where precision, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

What you'll be doing

- Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with safety procedures and quality standards
- Assembling made to measure products following specified designs and technical specifications
- Inspecting finished products for quality defects and ensuring all items meet our high standards before dispatch
- Preparing materials and components for the production process
- Packing and labelling completed products for shipment to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety requirements
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly
- Following all documented procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
- Collecting materials from suppliers
- Delivering finished orders to customers





What we're looking for

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly work or process based roles is highly desirable
- Current driver's licence (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and report quality issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculations as required
- Physical capability to perform assembly and manual handling tasks, standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn current processes and operate manufacturing equipment with proper training
- Reliability and commitment to meeting production deadlines and targets
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
