You’ll be joining our HR and WHS Advisory team - the engine room of our organisation - delivering trusted, practical guidance to businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Here's what your days will look like: Own complex grievances, investigations and termination matters for our top-tier clients

Provide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational risk

Prepare claim responses (e.g. FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentation

Deliver client training, webinars and facilitate implementation meetings

Act as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add value

Maintain rigorous case documentation and milestone tracking Who we're looking for

You're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do - you see a problem and get on with solving it. Beyond that, here's what will set you up for success: Advanced award literacy and confidence classifying roles and confirming pay compliance

Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end, with sound judgement on risk and escalation





Strong facilitation and training delivery skills

Clear, plain-English communicator who builds client trust and empathy

Structured written analysis with clear, implementable recommendations
