We enhance productivity and ensure the smooth running of the distribution centre, all while inspiring our team and community to be 1% Better Every Day. As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be leading our eCommerce and retail replenishment operations, empowering high-performing teams and helping shape smarter, faster ways of working. This is a full time, Monday-Friday role.
How you'll make an impact...

- Oversee picking, packing and shipping for retail replenishment, online orders and events.
- Ensure quality, SLA compliance and operational readiness.
- Lead, coach and develop the outbound team.
- Plan labour, maintain training compliance and foster a safe, high-performing culture.
- Improve outbound processes to increase accuracy, efficiency and safety.
- Implement best practices across inventory, packing and shipping.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs, prioritise urgent orders and resolve issues.
- Monitor KPIs, identify improvements and proactively manage team performance.

- Robust experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations (eCommerce preferred)
- Proven leadership and people management capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
