This role requires a professional who can hit the ground running with confidently manage competing priorities and provide seamless executive support in a busy and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Complex diary management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and executive documentation
- Organising board meetings, leadership meetings, and executive events
- Managing correspondence and executive communications
- Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders




- Assisting with office operations and administration as required
- Providing occasional support to the wider team when required

About You
You are a highly capable Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced corporate environments.

- Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-Suite Executive
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office and modern technology platforms
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity will be highly regarded
