Overview

This fast growing, PE backed tech aggregator are on the lookout for a Financial Controller to join the business on an initial 6 month contract. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be pivotal in building a best in class finance capability that supports an ambitious growth agenda.

Responsibilities

- Lead financial operations, reporting, treasury, and compliance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Oversee financial systems, controls, and risk management
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
- Partner with senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders

About You / Qualifications





- CA/CPA qualified (Big 4 background highly regarded)
- Proven senior finance leadership in a growth or PE-backed environment
- Robust technical accounting and reporting skills
- Experience scaling finance systems and processes
- Track record of driving change and building high-performing teams
- Sharp business judgment and ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite
