Permanent Educator (2–3 Years) | Durack Heights

Permanent Part‑Time | Up to 37.5 Hours Per Week

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Durack Heights team in our 2–3 year old room.

In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences while working alongside a supportive and cooperative team. You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious, and supported to grow as they build independence, develop social skills, and explore the world around them.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who enjoys building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to high‑quality outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of engaging, play‑based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Build caring, respectful relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Contribute to observations, documentation, and reflective practice
- Support children's growing independence, confidence, and social development
- Work collaboratively with educators and leadership to deliver quality outcomes
- Uphold health, safety, and safeguarding practices at all times

About You

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Must have completed National Child Safety Training




- Understanding of child development and play‑based learning
- Warm, caring, and relationship‑focused approach
- Positive, reliable, and team‑oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
