We’re seeking HR Advisor to join a site-based teams in the Moranbah region, supporting a large mining operations with practical HR advice, hands-on support, and room to grow.

You’ll work closely with the HR superintendents on site. This is a excellent opportunity for someone already based in the Bowen Basin, looking to step into a more autonomous role and also grow your career while still having strong HR leadership around you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and team leads
- Support and coordinate investigations, performance processes, and compliance matters
- Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
- Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
- Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment

What we’re looking for:

- Previous HR experience in mining or industrial environments
- Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
- Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
