We are recruiting for a strong, passionate and highly motivated Qualified Educator to join our Mount Claremont Kids Club. The position is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38 hour week. Indigo Montessori believe that in school age care settings, Educators should collaborate with children to provide play and leisure opportunities that are meaningful to children.
At Indigo Montessori we recognise that children in school aged settings should have choice and control over their learning, collaborating with Educators to extend their life skills. We place great importance on relationships, and developing and strengthening children's talents and interests. 2 hours a week, non-contact for curriculum planning.

$70,000 to $80,000 a year. Criteria: Certificate IV in Outside of School Hours Care or Diploma in Children's Services (Education and Care), Certificate 4 in Education Support or Bachelor in
Early Childhood or Primary (alternatively ACECQA approved Qualified OSHC qualification) A current Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
Experience in working as a Qualified Educator is desirable. National Child Safety Training, completed through geccko. Drivers Licence is preferable.
First aid qualifications and training. Anaphylaxis management training. Knowledge of child protection procedures.
