About the role
This community-based Nursing role, Geraldton based, will cover Geraldton and surrounding areas. Working hours will be 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Full time is preferred, but we will consider a 4-day week (minimum) for the right applicant. This role will provide a home garaged vehicle, for work purposes.

Experience and qualifications required

- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare in a community environment, including service provision, coordination, allocation and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Skills in the area of clinical assessment, problem solving, client and family education.
- Ability to demonstrate personal care and provide competency based complex care training to direct care workers.
- Well developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships,



promote services and resolve client/staff issues.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality care.
- Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and calendar management software to prepare correspondence and effective documentation.
- The ability to work autonomously with a team focus to contribute to business unit and organisational objectives.
