- Tertiary Qualified
- 5-7 years’ experience in the role of a Senior Contracts Administrator successfully delivering large scale buildings project in the commercial sector
- Ability to problem-solving and respond appropriately to a range of project requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously without supervision
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid financial acumen and thorough understanding of construction costs, in particular building trades
