Our People Operations teams play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle for our Retail and Logistics businesses. From advertising vacancies and onboarding new team members through to employment changes and ongoing people administration, the team delivers the operational support that keeps our business moving.

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Lead to oversee:

- Recruitment Administration, responsible for recruitment administration, job advertisements, employment offers and onboarding; and
- People & Culture Operations, responsible for employment changes, contract variations and maintaining accurate employee records.

We are looking for someone who enjoys developing people, creating consistency and building a team that is recognised for delivering exceptional customer service, accurate advice and operational excellence.





You will bring a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve service delivery and enhance the way we support our leaders and team members. You'll also play an important role in bringing the two teams together, creating consistent ways of working and building one team-oriented, high-performing People Operations function.

Our Retail and Logistics businesses are large, diverse and operationally complex, so there is plenty to learn. Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded, as it will help you transition into the role more quickly and allow you to focus on developing the team, improving processes and supporting the business.
