Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on People Business Partner to join our Group People team, partnering closely with Business Managers across a diverse manufacturing organisation. This is a true generalist role where you’ll work across the full HR spectrum—supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters while contributing to broader capability, workforce and change initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Partner with leaders to provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice.
- Support delivery of people initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances).
- Contribute to capability development, workforce planning and organisational change.
- Use people data and insights to inform decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with the broader People team (TA, L&D;, Safety).

What We’re Looking For

- ~5+ years’ HR experience across a broad generalist/business partnering remit.
- Strong background in employee relations and HR advisory.




- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines—not just a specialist area.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks.
- Commercially astute, pragmatic and hands‑on in approach.
